We offer complimentary standard delivery (2-6 business days) on all Australian orders above AUD$40. Prices for delivery are: Standard delivery - $9 Processing days: Monday - Friday (excluding Australian public holidays and weekends) Please allow 1 business day for us to get your TARA Beauty packs ready for delivery. You’ll get a shipment notification email as soon as TARA Beauty is on the way! We are continuously working to lower our shipping cost - thank you for supporting TARA Beauty! <3




HELP! I can't track my order!


Sorry about that! But we are here to help. It takes 1-2 business days for shipment status to update. If your tracking details are unavailable, please contact us at taralashes.info@gmail.com. We will be at your service.




How can I edit my shipping info?


You can amend your shipping info within 12 hours from order placement. Please contact us at taralashes.info@gmail.com and we will get TARA Beauty to your new location. Please note, we cannot accept any cancelation once the order has been dispatched.

How many times can I re-use TARA lashes?


With the right care, TARA Lashes can be worn up to 10-15 times. Love, TARA Beauty




Can I sell TARA lashes on my own site?


TARA purchases from our site are intended for personal use only. If you wish to be a distributor, we welcome your enquiries at taralashes.info@gmail.com.





Store Policy

How do I place a return or exchange due to change of mind?


We are sorry TARA Beauty Products did not work for you. Due to sanitary reasons we do not offer returns or exchange for ‘change of mind’ after purchase. Please note : Our lashes are handcrafted, therefore each one might be slightly different; this would only be minor and is not a fault but part of the unique lash assignment of individual fibres.




I received a faulty falsies :-(


In the unlikely situation TARA Beauty's products arrived defective or damaged, please email taralashes.info@gmail.com within 14 days from receiving them and we will replace or provide store credit.




This is not what I ordered.

Billing

When will my credit card be charged?


You will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed by our team.




My payment method was declined.


If your payment was unsuccessful. Check that your billing details (security code and billing address) matches what you have provided. Your card issuer may have declined your payment for security reasons. Please contact them before trying again. If none of the above seems to be the issue, please contact us at taralashes.info@gmail.com. We will be happy to assist!

Can I use multiple codes at checkout?


We love showering you with promos. However, you can use one code per order. Please choose your best code.
